FX Simulator — Features & How to Use

Apply effects to mic input or oscillator in real time. Processors for guitar, vocals, drums, and more.

Getting Started

1
Select input — Mic or Oscillator. Mic requires browser permission.
2
▶ Start — Begin signal processing. Monitor levels on the VU meter.
3
Enable effects — Toggle each effect with the switch at the top of its card.
4
Adjust parameters — Fine-tune with sliders in real time.

Noise Gate — Mutes below threshold. Removes mic noise and hum.

Compressor — Compresses dynamics. Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release.

EQ — 3-band equalizer (Low / Mid / High).

Distortion — Harmonic saturation. Drive = intensity; Tone = brightness.

Amp Sim — Simulates cabinet/amp coloring. Clean, Crunch, Lead, Bass presets.

Chorus — Subtle detune and delay. Rate and Depth.

Delay — Echo effect. Time (ms), Feedback (repeats), Mix.

Reverb — Room ambience. Room Size and Wet/Dry Mix.

Test guitar tones
Simulate your full effect chain before recording.
Learn vocal processing
Noise Gate → Compressor → EQ is the classic vocal chain.
Isolate each effect
Toggle one effect at a time to hear exactly what it does.
